Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of management experience required.
• 7+ years of distribution/warehousing experience required.
• Third-party Logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to executive leadership in setting vision, strategy, and agenda.
• Oversee operations across a wide geography with a large leadership team.
• Develop and implement a regional customer account strategy.
• Ensure a safe, productive, and results-driven environment.
• Navigate a changing marketplace with multiple priorities and diverse stakeholders.
• Negotiate, ensure contract adherence, and execute BCAs.
