Prologis is seeking a VP, Operations - OnPrem Power & Mobility to partner with the Global Head in scaling one of the company’s most strategically important business lines. • 10+ years shaping and executing strategic priorities for a business line or platform.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• 5+ years as an operational partner to senior executives.
• 5+ years managing teams delivering time-sensitive, high-impact initiatives.
• Ability to build operating rhythms, governance, and performance measures.
• Ability to shape executive communications and leadership engagement.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize focus areas and drive follow-through with the Global Head.
• Define critical priorities with the OnPrem Leadership Team.
• Represent the unit in executive forums, customer engagements, and cross-functional meetings.
• Lead execution of top priorities with internal partners to remove friction and deliver impact.
• Manage a team of energy professionals and shape commercial structures.
• Own operating rhythm: quarterly planning, KPI measurement, and reporting.
• Shape organization structure, governance, and cross-functional integration with related business lines.
• Draft executive communications and leadership rituals to reinforce strategy.
