Job summary

Flux Power Holdings, a NASDAQ-listed battery solutions company, seeks a Sr. Director / VP of Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations to own end-to-end strategy, vendor relationships, procurement, and assembly operations.

This high-visibility role reports to the CEO and shapes gross margin and delivery performance. You will build processes, establish supplier partnerships, and lead a 20-person team across four functions in Vista, CA, with relocation support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain and/or manufacturing leadership in an engineered or assembled hardware product environment.
• Experience negotiating with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Proven track record of margin improvement through supplier development, bidding, or BOM optimization.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Vista, CA and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end supply chain strategy.
• Negotiate with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Oversee international supplier relationships and travel.
• Drive gross margin improvements via BOM optimization and competitive bidding.
• Lead planning, procurement, and logistics.
