Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a seasoned leader to direct the Mail Services portfolio, aligning programs with customer requirements and company objectives. You will set strategy, ensure operational excellence, and oversee financial and contractual performance across multiple contracts.

Responsibilities include driving process improvements, reporting, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver reliable mail services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance for government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15 years of supervision and management experience in mail/professional staff.
• 10+ years in organizational development and customer outsourcing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all activities within the Mail Services portfolio.
• Develop long-range strategic goals and ensure contractual performance.
• Ensure compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction across contracts.
• Provide input into service strategy and monitor programmatic/financial performance.
• Establish service and quality control standards.
