Job summary

Quindar is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Denver to architect and scale its operating system, organizational structure, and business processes as the company grows across government and commercial markets.

This executive will own business operations, strategy, facilities, and G&A, connecting strategy to execution while resolving cross-functional priorities with the CEO and enabling leaders to drive results through measurable performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations at a growing technology company, with exposure to government contracting or another regulated market.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, systems, and processes during significant growth.
• Experience shaping corporate strategy and leading cross-functional initiatives with a bias toward revenue and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into OKRs and functional commitments with accountable owners, deadlines, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional GTM planning and execution in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
• Oversee AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual coordination and increase output across functions.
• Deliver facilities infrastructure and readiness for classified operations; ensure compliance and security requirements.
• Lead legal operations and corporate administrative services, including equity and records management.
