Job summary

Quindar is seeking a Vice President of Programs & Operations to lead mission execution across commercial and national security customers. You will own the systems, leadership, and execution infrastructure required to deliver mission-ready deployments at scale.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership to translate company strategy into operational delivery across engineering, product, and customer programs, ensuring readiness for new missions and complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading programs, operations, or delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• Experience delivering complex software or software/hardware systems.
• Experience supporting government, aerospace, or national security programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of programs across commercial and government missions.
• Coordinate with government and commercial stakeholders for mission success.
• Build and lead a program management organization across engineering, product, and customers.
• Develop operational processes and dashboards for visibility into delivery timelines.
• Translate growth plans into staffing, infrastructure, and execution requirements.
• Recruit and lead program management and operational staff as the company scales.
