Quindar, a Denver-area technology company building software to manage satellites, seeks a Vice President of Operations. This executive will own business operations, facilities, and G&A, translating company strategy into execution and managing cross‑functional priorities across Sales, Product, Engineering, Programs, Finance, People and Brand.

Qualificações

• Experience leading operations at a growing technology company, with exposure to government contracting or another regulated market.
• Proven ability to build teams, systems, and operating processes.
• Experience contributing to corporate strategy and leading cross-functional GTM or new-business initiatives with a revenue focus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate company strategy into OKRs and functional commitments with accountable owners and deadlines.
• Design and run the company operating model including quarterly planning and leadership reviews.
• Lead cross-functional GTM planning with CEO and functional leaders to align resources behind revenue priorities.
• Oversee AI-enabled business operations and develop workflows that reduce manual coordination.
• Own facilities, G&A operations, compliance, and risk management to support growth.
