Job summary

Quindar is hiring a Vice President of Operations to translate strategy into execution across the company, building the operating system, organizational infrastructure, and business processes as we scale for commercial and government markets.

The role leads Facilities, Business Operations, and the G&A team, driving cross‑functional prioritization, budgeting, and governance while escalating to the CEO when needed. This is a hands‑on executive role shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Strategic operations leadership at scale.
• Experience aligning cross‑functional teams to business priorities.
• Proven ability to design and implement operating models.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into OKRs and commitments with owners, deadlines, and resources.
• Lead cross‑functional planning and execution of GTM priorities with CEO and leadership.
• Build and run AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Oversee facilities, legal ops, and G&A to support growth and compliance.
• Diligence for fundraising readiness and investor materials with Finance.
