Job summary

Quindar is looking for a Vice President of Programs & Operations to spearhead mission execution for national security and commercial customers. In this role, you will ensure that mission-ready deployments are consistently delivered while building and leading a program management organization.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate extensive leadership experience and a track record in delivering complex systems, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading programs or operations.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex software/hardware systems.
• Experience in government, aerospace, or national security programs.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of customer programs across commercial and government missions.
• Establish processes for integrating the Quindar platform into customer environments.
• Build and lead a program management organization.
• Develop operational processes for deploying Quindar across customer environments.
• Partner with leadership to ensure operational readiness.
