Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OEM, dealership, fleet or similar vehicle & delivery operations.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in fast-growing environments.
• Strong leadership presence with experience managing teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide vehicle & delivery operations, reporting to the COO.
• Scale operations and improve efficiency across all Ever sites.
• Define and track operational KPIs to drive accountability.
