Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Data-driven with KPIs and lean methodologies to prove impact.
• Experience leading digital transformations or rapid scaling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational roadmap aligned with long-term goals.
• Improve supply chain lifecycle focusing on cost reduction and throughput.
• Own the operations budget and manage variances.
• Lead, mentor and scale a multi-site operations team.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Ensure facilities meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
