Call Your Mother is hiring a VP of Operations based in Chicago to oversee operations across CYM shops in Chicago and Denver, driving efficiency, guest experiences, and consistency with CYM’s vibrant culture.

You’ll lead with shop leaders and district managers, develop strong processes, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with Finance, Culinary, People, and Marketing to support growth in the Midwest and mountain west markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations (QSR preferred)
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Direct oversight of 15 locations and $30M+ revenue
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work cross-functionally
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and guest experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Chicago and Denver CYM locations
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
• Collaborate with ops leadership to align with company goals and growth
• Mentor Directors of Operations, District Managers and shop leaders
• Manage labor, inventory, and food cost to ensure profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies
• Evaluate workflows and technology to streamline processes
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
• Drive guest service excellence and vibrant shop atmospheres
• Partner with Finance, Culinary, People and Marketing on initiatives
