Job summary

Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic operational leadership for a portfolio of PRS communities.

This role may be performed remotely; however, candidates must be based in Oregon, California, Washington, or Arizona and be available for frequent travel across the assigned portfolio. The VP will partner with the COO to translate enterprise strategy into strong community execution, coach executives, monitor performance, and drive results in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred and Nursing Home Administrator license are advantageous.
• Experience with Continuing Care Retirement Communities or Life Plan Communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to ensure organizational priorities are executed across communities.
• Coach and support Executive Directors; monitor operational and financial performance.
• Drive culture of service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across portfolios.
