Job summary

Caring for Others, a family-owned in-home care provider in Oregon, seeks an Operations Director to lead performance across multiple locations. You will translate vision into execution, standardize processes, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll travel regularly to address obstacles, optimize service delivery and growth, partner with Finance on budgets, and coach staff to maintain profitability and high care standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-site operations with accountability for performance and growth.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership with history of coaching high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker who executes with discipline and urgency.
• Highly organized, results-driven, able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across multiple sites, from KPIs and service delivery to efficiency and accountability.
• Travel regularly to identify obstacles, fill gaps, develop staff, run internal QA audits, and lead industry surveys.
• Execute growth strategies and evaluate systems, vendors, and partnerships for maximum ROI.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, cost control, and profitability-aligned decisions.
• Keep every location fully compliant with regulatory, licensing, and contractual requirements.
• Coach and develop Operations staff while reporting KPIs and key initiatives to the Executive Team.
