Park Community Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Louisville, KY. This role directs key operational functions to support member service, risk management, compliance, and internal efficiency, while providing strategic oversight for card, payment, deposits, lending, and digital products.

The executive will lead operationalStrategy, vendor relationships, and loan operations, ensuring regulatory adherence and strong internal controls across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or industry certifications recognized as equivalent.
• Minimum five years of similar or related experience.
• Experience leading multiple departments and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations, payment services, card services, and lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of payment services, card services, deposit operations, digital products, and lending operations with regulatory compliance and risk management in mind.
• Provide leadership for lending operations including processing, underwriting support, servicing, and post‑origination activities.
• Lead projects related to new products, system improvements, and vendor implementations with risk mitigation in focus.
• Monitor laws, regulations, trends, and operational risks; promote compliance culture and implement controls.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and address concerns.
