• Leads consumer loan underwriting, processing, funding, and quality.
• Sets governance for underwriting authority and decision quality.
• Partners with Risk, Compliance, Technology, Data and Finance to deliver lending outcomes.
• Builds and develops managers across underwriting, processing and funding teams.
• Maintains first-line controls and scalable operations.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent

Master's Degree in a related field (preferred)
