Job summary

Zero Hiring is seeking a VP of Operations to lead our warehouse and home delivery operations, ensuring on-time, damage-free guest experiences across multiple territories. You will report to the CEO and drive efficiency, profitability and strategic growth while mentoring leaders and driving innovation.

The role requires regular on-site presence in expansion markets with travel to other states and overnight stays, and offers a clear path to executive ownership of Store Operations and Guest

Qualifications

• BS Degree or higher in either supply chain management or business.
• 7+ years of experience in logistics including process improvement, 3PL management and operations management.
• Proven track record of success in senior operational leadership, setting strategy and delivering results.
• Knowledge of 5S, 6 Sigma and LEAN principles and how to optimize these in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and home delivery operations across multiple territories.
• Collaborate with CEO and executive team to shape strategic plan and translate into actionable multi-year plans.
• Expand into new territories and scalable warehouse/delivery models across locations.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and delivery partners and oversee budget ownership.
