You will develop scalable processes, oversee fleet and safety, and collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategy and deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in operations leadership, budgeting, and organizational growth, with a proven record of driving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level leadership experience in operations, transportation, logistics, fleet management, or a related industry.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operations and multi-department teams.
• Strong background in strategic planning, operational management, and organizational leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to implement operational improvements and achieve measurable results.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
