Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a VP of Merchandise Systems to define the merchandising technology vision and strategy. You will lead the Oracle Retail platform, SaaS migrations, and cloud upgrades, partnering with senior leaders to drive a scalable, future-ready merch systems stack.

The role oversees software engineering teams, EDI, and data integration initiatives, with multi-million dollar budgets and a focus on AI-enabled innovations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience delivering large-scale retail merchandising systems.
• 10+ years in a leadership capacity; Oracle Retail SaaS experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the merchandising technology vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead the Oracle Retail migration and cloud upgrade, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Mentor and manage Software Engineering teams and external partners; govern budgets and partnerships.
