CSC Generation Enterprise is seeking a Vice President, Merchandising to own the full merchandising function across portfolio brands. You will set the point of view for the assortment to read as curated, drive revenue and gross margin, and own vendor terms and promotional calendar with a lean team.

In the first year, expect rationalized catalogs, renegotiated terms reflecting true cost-to-serve, and AI-enabled workflows across recurring analytics.

Formación

• 10+ years leading merchandising or category management in retail/e-commerce.
• Experience driving revenue and gross margin, not just assortment.
• Strong vendor negotiation and term-setting experience.
• Fluency with product data, taxonomy, and catalog management at scale.
• Hands-on AI experience to speed up merchandising workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own assortment and category strategy across the brand portfolio.
• Negotiate terms with drop-ship vendors and manage supplier pipeline.
• Define pricing, margins, and promotional calendars with cross-functional partners.
• Lead data-driven analysis to optimize catalog quality and SKU productivity.
• Build and mentor a merchandising team in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Marketing, Site, Operations, and Finance to shape strategy.
