Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline required.
- 15+ years IT experience delivering large-scale retail merchandising systems, 10+ in leadership roles.
- Prior experience implementing Oracle Retail SaaS solutions strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Merchandising Technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead the SaaS upgrade and cloud migration of Oracle Retail to support Merchandising 2.5.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
