Burlington Stores is seeking a visionary Vice President of Merchandise Systems to define the technology strategy for the Merchandising 2.5 journey. You will lead the Oracle Retail platform, EDI, and data integration, guiding cloud migration and AI adoption while partnering with senior leaders to shape the organization's future.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience delivering large-scale retail merchandising systems.
• 10+ years in a leadership capacity; Oracle Retail SaaS implementation preferred.
• Strong leadership, vision, and execution skills in a complex technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Define merchandising technology vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead Oracle Retail migration and cloud upgrade for Merchandising 2.5.
• Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships, and multi‑million capital investments.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing technology team and drive AI adoption.
