Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead store merchandising and daily operations, delivering a great shopping experience in line with WOW values.

You’ll monitor sales performance, guide floor teams, coordinate promotions and floor sets, ensure pricing accuracy, and support the Store Manager with staffing and training. Flexibility and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium- to large-sized retail organization with experience in fashion apparel merchandising.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store’s sales performance daily using sales reports.
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently.
• Coordinate sales promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Oversee floor moves, displays, and presentations in line with merchandising concepts.
• Support the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues and share best practices.
• Assist with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management.
