Job summary

Responsibilities

• NetForum Administration and ownership of the CRM.
• Manage full-cycle membership processes including new memberships, renewals, and terminations.
• Support event registrations and on-site check-in during major events.
• Configure pricing structures, permissions, and event registration setup.
• Maintain internal documentation and data standards; reconcile post-event data.
