Job summary

NACDA, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics, seeks a detail-oriented systems and operations professional to serve as the primary NetForum administrator. This role owns the full lifecycle of membership operations and supports event registration, ensuring clean, current member, registration, and billing data across NACDA and its Affiliate Associations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a CRM or AMS in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of detailed work.
• Ability to stay current on system updates and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetForum administrator and system owner.
• Manage membership records, renewals, group memberships, and terminations.
• Support event registrations, invoices, receipts, refunds, and payment issues.
• Perform post-event reconciliation of registrations and payments.
• Maintain NetForum connectors and data flow with external systems.
• Provide staff training and ongoing NetForum support.
