Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for leadership track.
• 15+ years in marketing with leadership of managers and teams.
• Proven ability to manage large marketing investments and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention and engagement across 45,000+ products.
• Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels; measure ROI.
• Oversee databases and analytics; turn data into actionable growth insights.
• Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing functions.
• Partner with C‑suite to align marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ annual investment.
