Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of marketing experience.
• 10+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct Uline's marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention and engagement across 45,000+ products.
• Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels, measuring campaign ROI.
• Oversee customer databases and analytics, translating data into actionable insights for growth.
• Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing strategy, campaign execution and operations.
• Partner with executives to align marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.
