Uline, based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead its expansive direct marketing programs across catalog, digital channels and email, reaching millions of customers with 45,000+ products.

You will guide a high-performing marketing organization, leverage customer data and analytics, and partner with executive leadership to optimize strategies, drive growth, and manage a substantial annual investment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of marketing experience.
• 10+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven record negotiating vendor contracts and managing large marketing investments.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Uline's large-scale marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels.
• Oversee customer databases and analytics to guide strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing functions.
• Partner with executives to align initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.
