Vaughan Executive Partners, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce to lead marketing and digital functions across the organization, including ecommerce, print media, digital marketing, social media, loyalty, retail media networks, and mobile marketing.

The role focuses on translating enterprise strategy into actionable plans, driving growth, engagement, and brand differentiation, with end-to-end P&L accountability for digital business lines and overseeing marketing programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 15+ years in marketing/ecommerce with senior leadership in multi-channel initiatives.
• Experience managing an ecommerce P&L and budgets.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Servant leadership and values-driven leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide short- and long-term strategic vision for marketing and ecommerce across the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape priorities and translate strategy into roadmaps with KPIs and timelines.
• Lead development and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, IT, Finance, and Store Leadership.
• Own the ecommerce P&L, including revenue growth and cost management.
• Develop financial plans, forecasts, and investment cases for growth.
• Define and manage key business metrics and ROI for channels.
• Manage overall marketing budget and allocate resources for ROI.
• Oversee daily operations of core marketing functions (print, digital, ecommerce, social, loyalty).
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and localized relevance across markets.
• Identify and implement marketing tech, analytics, and automation improvements.
• Monitor market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Build cross-functional relationships for alignment and execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Oversee associate development and succession planning.
