ABOUT THE ROLE

Success within rapidly evolving, high-growth organizations necessitates proficiency in performance marketing, strategic leadership, and a high level commercial awareness, Candidates possessing these qualifications are encouraged to submit their applications for consideration.

This is a full time on-site position, based in our office in the San Francisco Bay Area.

With the primary objective of boosting company revenue,the key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Formulate and execute strategic, growth-focused marketing initiatives designed to substantially enhance brand recognition and identify novel revenue streams. The objective is to engage prospective users and empower sales divisions to facilitate their conversion into committed, revenue-producing clients.
  • Continuously improve marketing return on investment and expedite growth through:
  • Regular evaluation and implementation of novel marketing strategies.
  • Application of alternative methodologies to maximize outcomes.
  • Focus on results-driven marketing to deliver commercial success.
  • Develop a growth strategy centered on "marketable moments" by leveraging product updates, emerging trends, and customer success stories to drive both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, major feature enhancements, and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop marketing systems, processes, and infrastructure that can scale to sustain continued growth.
  • Define, quantify, and analyze marketing KPIs using a data-driven analytical approach to inform strategic choices and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Function as the senior marketing executive and engage in close collaboration with the sales leadership team to ensure strategic alignment, discover innovative approaches to revenue enhancement and maximize pipeline conversion effectiveness.
  • Direct the sales enablement strategy to empower the sales team. This encompasses the provision of essential resources, including articles and video content, as well as the orchestration of webinars and events.
  • Drive Video Marketing: A strategic focus for video marketing includes the development of solution and product showcase videos, the creation of demonstration videos, the production of customer testimonial videos, and the generation of case study videos.
  • Develop and shape the customer centric high-impact video content strategy that strengthens the Jotform brand across multiple channels.
  • Create, execute and optimize video content on social media and digital platforms with an emphasis on expanding Jotforms’ following and influence.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy and roadmap, encompassing the generation and publicization of original content across multiple platforms.
  • Proactively schedule and maintain a content calendar to ensure the punctual circulation of resources.
  • Lead a focused team comprising internal members, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Stay updated with the latest B2B SaaS marketing happenings – trends, tools, and strategies – to keep getting better at what we do and be able to clearly share the plan, and link big goals to daily work.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Master/expert level of demonstrated experience in digital marketing and a track record of scaling high-growth brands.
  • A proven track record of effectively directing, expanding, and refining marketing operations across both B2C and B2B SaaS platforms. We want to hear your success stories about achieving impressive growth and scale-up milestones.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the particular characteristics of SaaS and a verifiable aptitude for generating expansion and securing clientele are imperative.
  • A proven knack for designing and rolling out effective go-to-market plans that hit the mark with different types of customers. You should be really good at figuring out the right audiences, how to present the product, and what to say to each group.
  • Successful inbound marketing strategy design experience targeting mid-market and enterprise companies with products in the $5k-$150k ACV range.
  • Expertise in balancing short-term ROI objectives with long-term brand awareness strategies.
  • Excellent project management abilities that enable initiatives to be carried out quickly, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a systematic, process-oriented approach
  • AI and Digital Fluency and a strong interest in the utilization of sophisticated AI and digital marketing strategies to establish a substantial online presence.
  • Extensive management experience with the ability to attract, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

  • Base pay range: $250K-$350K per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
