One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Product Marketing in United States.

This role is central to the success of the company, involving strategic planning and execution of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams, leading product marketing initiatives that directly impact market awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. You'll be responsible for driving product launches, shaping buyer personas, and ensuring consistency across all product messaging and content.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the company's platform and solutions
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and maintain product messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and other essential sales content
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to inform product direction and ensure the company stands out in the market
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, aligning Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and PR/Comms teams for internal readiness and external impact
  • Maintain up-to-date buyer personas and customer journey maps to inform content development and product marketing strategies
  • Oversee the creation of compelling customer stories and proof points, ensuring alignment with product narratives and key value propositions


Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, including positioning, product launches, and technical product support
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear business value
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Expertise in enterprise buyer personas and developing narratives that resonate with various stakeholders
  • Experience in fast-paced, startup, or early-stage environments
  • Ability to operate independently in a global remote team
