Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with priorities, culture, growth and future workforce needs.
• Identify skill gaps and development priorities with leaders.
• Establish scalable learning standards and pathways across roles and locations.
• Develop leadership development programs for current and emerging leaders.
• Ensure training is accurate, practical and aligned with business needs.
• Lead adoption of learning technology and platforms.
• Establish measures of learning effectiveness tied to business outcomes.
• Partner on change initiatives to prepare employees for organizational changes.
