The role demands a PhD or MD with 10+ years post‑graduate experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and senior laboratory leadership capabilities across budgets, staffing, and strategic development.

Qualifications

• PhD or MD with 10+ years of post-graduate experience and significant regulatory interactions.
• Eight or more years of laboratory operations experience at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Laboratory Operations and Development teams.
• Ensure compliance with CAP/CLIA and NYS CLEP requirements.
• Oversee technical readiness, product development, and service delivery.
• Draft and review study plans and validation reports for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate budget planning and laboratory forecasting.
• Present at scientific conferences and lead cross-functional initiatives.
