The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in medical lab science, ASCP certification preferred, and 1–3 years of leadership in a clinical lab.

Qualifications

• Degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in a clinical lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across multiple locations.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, and workforce planning.
• Maintain readiness for CAP inspections and regulatory compliance.
