Job summary

PracticeTek is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Corporate IT to lead IT strategy, governance, security, and internal technology capabilities across the company. You will partner with executives to enable growth while maintaining operational clarity and risk controls.

You will build and lead a robust Corporate IT organization, oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, identity, and security operations, and drive automation and AI-enabled tooling across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading Corporate IT in a growing, regulated, or security-focused organization.
• Experience building or improving an enterprise IT operating model.
• Ability to establish technology ownership, governance, and decision rights across adjacent tech groups.
• Experience scaling systems, infrastructure, identity, security operations, and service management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and technology controls.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, contracts, and enterprise application portfolios.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with automation, workflow redesign, and AI-enabled enterprise tools.

• Establish standards, governance, decision rights, and operational metrics.
