You will manage a bilingual team across remote Latin America and in-office U.S. offices, shaping strategy, coaching, and performance standards.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, with 50%+ travel to coach teams and build partnerships. This role offers a high-impact leadership path in a fast-growth humanitarian immigration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-layered, distributed sales organizations.
• Proven track record of driving conversion rate improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive Intake conversion performance across Virtual and Office channels.
• Coach leaders and manage remote and multi-state office teams.
• Design and execute launch frameworks for new offices.
• Develop differentiated channel strategies for Virtual and Office environments.
• Standardize intake consultation effectiveness with playbooks and coaching.
