This leader will own the strategy, coaching, and execution of our Intake organization, responsible for converting scheduled consultations into signed legal cases. You’ll lead a bilingual team across two environments: a remote intake workforce throughout Latin America and in-office Intake Specialists embedded in our expanding U.S. offices. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who loves building high-performing teams, driving conversion results, and scaling operations in a fast-growth environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. ability to travel 50%+ is required to coach teams and build strong, on-the-ground partnerships.

Your Key Contributions

  • Own and drive Intake conversion performance across Virtual and Office channels by setting and cascading targets aligned to organizational goals, analyzing funnel and case quality data to identify and correct execution gaps, fostering a high‑quality conversion mindset, and partnering cross‑functionally to optimize lead handoffs and maximize downstream recovery.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing, dual‑channel Intake organization by coaching leaders at every level, enforcing consistent performance management and development cadences, optimizing staffing based on demand and conversion data, addressing underperformance decisively, and effectively managing both remote and multi‑state office workforces to sustain strong culture and results.
  • Support new office launches by designing and executing Intake‑specific launch frameworks, including staffing models aligned to projected appointment volume, onboarding and training timelines, leadership coverage plans, and clearly defined performance ramp expectations, ensuring new locations achieve operational readiness, cultural alignment, and conversion targets within established launch windows.
  • Develop and execute differentiated Intake channel strategies for Virtual and Office environments by optimizing remote and in‑office operations, partnering with regional leadership to drive high‑performance culture, rapidly addressing channel performance gaps, and leading scalable office‑launch frameworks to support business expansion.
  • Standardize and elevate Intake consultation effectiveness by enforcing the BD Playbook and consultative selling framework, leading quality review and live coaching cadences, building robust objection‑handling resources, partnering with Training/QA on onboarding and skill development, and ensuring specialists clearly and accurately position the firm’s full legal services portfolio.
  • Enable Intake performance through Amazon Connect by driving platform adoption, leveraging real‑time monitoring and analytics for coaching and accountability, partnering with IT/Ops on CRM integration, enforcing consultation‑handling standards, and using data insights to replicate top‑performer behaviors and identify early performance risks.
  • Partner with executive leadership and HR to design, communicate, and manage transparent, performance‑aligned compensation and incentive programs that motivate conversion excellence, reinforce winning behaviors, recognize top performers, ensure equity and clarity, and attract and retain high‑caliber Intake talent across Virtual and Office channels.
  • Drive operational excellence across the Intake organization by managing daily execution rhythms, partnering with Sales Ops and BI to ensure accurate and consistent performance reporting, standardizing workflows and SOPs across channels, and providing regular, structured performance updates to executive leadership to align priorities and close gaps.
  • Ensure Intake consultations meet legal, ethical, and quality standards by maintaining accurate case qualification, clear representation of services and pricing, strong client expectation‑setting, and partnering cross‑functionally to identify and correct consultation gaps that impact retention, risk, or client outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading large, multi‑team sales organizations across multiple locations or geographies.
  • Proven, quantified track record of driving conversion rate improvement in a consultative, inbound, or appointment‑based sales environment.
  • Experience leading multi‑layered sales organizations across frontline and management levels, with demonstrated success managing distributed teams across in‑office, remote, and international or nearshore environments.
  • Track record building structured coaching cadences — regular 1:1s, call/consultation review, live observation, side‑by‑side coaching — with demonstrated impact on individual and team performance.
  • Experience in high‑growth, fast‑moving organizations where the leader had to drive performance improvement while simultaneously building coaching and accountability infrastructure.
  • Experience in consultative, high‑stakes, high‑emotion sales environments — legal services, healthcare, financial services, insurance, or similar — where the client interaction requires genuine empathy and trust‑building.
  • Experience managing or partnering on sales compensation design, including aligning incentive structures with conversion performance and desired behaviors.
