Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a senior fundraising leader to drive a national strategy across corporate, foundation, and peer‑to‑peer channels. You will guide a geographically dispersed team and build transformative partnerships to sustain mission impact.

You will oversee revenue growth, budgets, and performance metrics while aligning fundraising with the organization’s programs and strategic priorities. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate partners, foundations, sponsors, and other institutional funding relationships.
• Eight years of staff management experience.
• Experience managing significant fundraising budgets, revenue forecasts, and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-year strategy to increase revenue from corporations, foundations, and the peer-to-peer sector.
• Establish annual and long-range fundraising goals and performance metrics.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and innovative revenue streams.
• Create and execute strategies that increase acquisition, retention, renewal, and upgrade opportunities across teams.
• Monitor emerging trends in philanthropy and foundation giving to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
