Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Innovation to lead the company’s innovation agenda across our manufacturing and automotive portfolio. This remote-US role drives new product development, technology adoption, and cross-business execution to deliver sustainable growth and commercial impact.

The VP will foster experimentation, implement disciplined measurement of outcomes, and build relationships with universities and technology providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field; Master’s/Doctoral preferred.
MBA or equivalent business education strongly desired.
15+ years of leadership experience in innovation or engineering.

Responsibilities

Drive sustainable growth through new product development and technology adoption.
Identify and prioritize innovation initiatives across the organization’s portfolio.
Manage innovation resources to align with strategic objectives.
Establish best practices for innovation processes and performance metrics.
Build strategic relationships with universities and technology providers.
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Develop training programs for innovation leaders and technical professionals.
