Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Innovation to lead the company’s innovation agenda across our manufacturing and automotive portfolio. This remote-US role drives new product development, technology adoption, and cross-business execution to deliver sustainable growth and commercial impact.

The VP will foster experimentation, implement disciplined measurement of outcomes, and build relationships with universities and technology providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field; Master’s/Doctoral preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business education strongly desired.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in innovation or engineering.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will shape and advance the organization’s innovation agenda across a diversified industrial portfolio. The role will connect emerging technologies, new product development, and cross-business execution to drive sustainable growth and commercial impact. It will also foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and disciplined measurement of innovation outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually
