The role leads strategic IT initiatives, oversees ERP/CRM implementations, and partners with Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and HR to translate business needs into technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master preferred.
• 10+ years IT leadership with at least 5 years in an executive role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, building products or home services is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations and vendor management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build a shared-services IT model supporting multiple business units.
• Lead IT organization design, staffing, and KPIs.
• Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Manage ERP/CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Establish data governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Manage IT budget, vendor contracts, and technology investments.
