Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Vice President of Information Technology (VP of IT) to lead digital transformation and technology strategy. This executive role reports to the COO and oversees enterprise systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data analytics, application development, and IT service delivery globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, industrial, or supply chain-focused organizations.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud and ERP environments.
• Strong cloud, cyber security, data analytics, AI strategy, and enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives including ERP optimization and AI-enabled solutions.
• Oversee SAP Public Cloud governance and related business applications.
• Drive manufacturing systems integration, data strategy, and analytics.
• Build and lead a global IT organization with strong governance and budget management.
