Jacuzzi Bath seeks a visionary Vice President of Information Technology to lead the IT strategy and build the organization from the ground up. You will oversee ERP and CRM implementations, data governance, budgeting, vendor management, and a customer-focused IT function that partners with Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance.

You will shape IT leadership, drive lean process improvements, and ensure scalable, secure technology across the business as Jacuzzi Bath continues its growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, at least 5 in an executive role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Build a shared-services IT model to support multiple business units.
• Lead IT organization design and phased hiring to scale with growth.
• Establish IT KPIs and monitor performance for leadership reviews.
• Oversee IT service management, standardize systems, and automate workflows.
• Manage ERP and CRM implementations, data governance, and analytics.
