Halff Associates, Inc. seeks a visionary Senior Vice President of Information Technology to lead our technology function across offices. You will shape the IT strategy, oversee operations and cybersecurity, and drive ERP and software initiatives in a growing, employee-owned engineering firm.

You will align tech investments with business goals, manage budgets and vendors, and build a high-performing team while partnering with executives to enable collaboration and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise IT functions including operations, apps, and governance.
• Proven ability to translate technology strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience directing large, multidisciplinary IT organizations through subordinate leaders.
• Strong cybersecurity, risk management, cloud, and data governance knowledge.
• Experience with software engineering or application development leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, end-user support, and DR readiness.
• Own cybersecurity strategy, risk management, compliance, and policy development.
• Lead enterprise business systems and software development to boost productivity.
• Manage data governance, emerging tech adoption, and digital transformation.
• Develop IT budget, vendor relationships, and long-term technology investments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization across offices.
