Job summary

Pine Street Inn seeks a visionary Vice President of Information Technology Services to lead a ~13‑person IT team and oversee an integrated technology platform across multiple sites in the Boston area.

You will own the ITS budget, vendor relationships, security posture, and AI-enabled initiatives; collaborate with Programs, Fundraising, and Administration, and report to the CFO and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or other recognized IT certification.
• Ability to travel between Pine Street Inn program sites across the Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT department (~13 staff) and develop succession plans.
• Own the department structure, roles, and performance reviews.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage IT staff and managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
• Oversee IT operations, security, and applications across multiple sites.
• Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop and manage annual IT budgets and vendor contracts.
• Establish IT governance and change-management practices.
• Serve on the senior leadership team and report to CFO and Board.
