Job summary

BS&A Software is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology & Security to provide strategic and operational leadership for IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise security. The role reports to the CTO and oversees budgeting, governance, risk, and vendor management, with hybrid responsibilities in Lansing, MI.

The VP will align technology initiatives with business objectives, manage MSP/MSSP partnerships, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure to enable growth and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT and security leadership roles with cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing MSP/MSSP partnerships and enterprise security programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated technology and security roadmap aligned with growth and operational objectives.
• Lead a unified IT organization including Infrastructure, End-User Support, Security, and PMO.
• Oversee security program governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance (SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS).
• Own IT and Security budgets, including planning, forecasting, and spend management.
• Partner with AI initiatives to ensure secure data access and infrastructure readiness.
