Job summary

AFL is seeking a Vice President of Data Center Operations & Hyperscale Services to lead end-to-end operations for high-density data centers and hyperscale delivery. The role oversees global data hall operations, lifecycle services, and regional delivery teams with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large-scale data center operations.
Proven ability to drive P&L performance and growth.
Demonstrated leadership across global facilities and teams.
Strong capability in strategic planning and execution.
Experience building PMOs and enterprise process frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead global data center operations across multiple high-density facilities.
Define and execute a 3-year scale plan including regionalization and capacity modeling.
Set strategic direction for operational excellence, safety, and customer experience.
Develop standardized operating models and playbooks for repeatable, scalable delivery.
Oversee incident response, change management, and maintenance across sites.
Track KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
