Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Director of Operations Data Analytics & Engineering to lead NA Operations data strategy and delivery. You will own the integrated data portfolio, drive scalable pipelines, govern data models, and partner with Global Data & AI to align roadmaps and standards.

The role requires extensive experience in data analytics, data engineering, and leadership, with a focus on value realization, reliability, and scalable solutions in a hyperscale context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in data analytics, data engineering, product management, analytics, enterprise data platforms, BI, or related discipline.
• Five or more years leading multidisciplinary teams, programs, or data solution portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the integrated Operations data portfolio and multiyear roadmap.
• Translate strategy and priorities into coordinated delivery strategies and investment priorities.
• Establish and oversee leadership for priority functional domains and data strategy.
• Lead the design and delivery of data solutions, governance, and AI-enabled datasets.
• Collaborate with Global Data & AI, EA, platform owners, and source-system teams to align roadmaps.
• Build cross-functional teams and define roles, backlogs, and success measures.
