Job summary

CloudScale Systems seeks a VP of HR joining the team in Seattle to own decision making, reporting, and Candidate Experience initiatives. You’ll craft the renewal case, design pricing logic, and drive operational improvements across HRIS/BambooHR partnerships, while maintaining accurate leadership decks and targeting Seattle accounts for premium service.

Qualifications

• Experience at VP level within an internship structure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to steer business conversations toward a decision.
• Strong prioritization when multiple items demand urgent attention.

Responsibilities

• Make the renewal case before the internship client starts shopping around
• Own the cadence that turns Decision Making reporting into Candidate Experience action
• Build the pricing logic that an internship sales rep can explain in one breath
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Collaborate with HRIS and BambooHR stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks
• Run discovery with WA operators to find what the data won't show
• Keep the vp leadership deck honest, current, and free of vanity charts
• Decide which Seattle accounts get the white-glove treatment and why
