• Track project budgets and flag variances before they escalated
• Spearhead initiatives that improve operational margins year over year
• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns
• Translate ScaleTech goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
• Push a business pilot past the part where most pilots die
• Spot when a vp initiative has quietly lost its sponsor
• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews
